How they’re built

What the boxes, frames, drawers and hardware actually are, and what they have been tested against.

Exceptionally constructed cabinetry, comparable to premium brands like KraftMaid and Thomasville, at a fraction of the cost — no showroom, no salesman on commission, cabinets shipped straight from the supplier. Plywood boxes, solid birch face frames, dovetail drawers, soft-close doors and drawers.

What makes our cabinets different

Every cabinet we sell is made by Forevermark Cabinetry. Most cabinets look good on day one — here’s what keeps ours looking good for years.

Plywood boxes and shelves — no particleboard
Plywood is real wood layered with the grain crisscrossed, so it holds screws tight — hinges don't loosen, doors don't sag, shelves don't bow. In Florida humidity, that matters.
¾" solid birch face frames
The solid wood border the doors hang on — ¾" solid birch. It keeps the cabinet square and gives the hinges real wood to grip.
Solid wood dovetail drawers
The corners interlock like puzzle pieces, the joint fine furniture has used for centuries. Cheaper drawers are stapled, and those staples work loose over time.
Full-extension, soft-close drawers
Every drawer pulls all the way out, then glides shut on its own. The slides sit underneath rather than bolted to the sides — cleaner, and quieter.
Soft-close, 6-way adjustable hinges
Hidden inside the cabinet, and doors close gently every time. Six-way adjustable means each door fine-tunes up, down, left, right and in, so the gaps stay even.
Reinforced base cabinets
Base cabinets have ½" backs and solid wood corner brackets that keep them square and strong under the weight of heavy countertops like granite and quartz.
Fully finished interiors
The inside of each cabinet is finished to match, not left raw. It looks high-end every time you open a door, and the sealed surface wipes clean easily.

Tested — not just claimed

KCMA Certified Cabinetry
Forevermark is Certified ANSI/KCMA Compliant, tested through Home Innovation Laboratories — the same lab KCMA uses. Doors are opened and closed 25,000 times and wall cabinets loaded to 600 lbs. Proven before they ever reach your kitchen.
CARB2 Compliant
Formaldehyde is a chemical in many wood glues that can release into your air. Every cabinet we sell meets CARB Phase 2 — the standard the EPA enforces under TSCA Title VI.
